I came across a great article about Sunscreen today. The reason I found it to be very interesting is because because it educated me a little on SPF and ingredients found in the many types of sun screen on the market.
Now Im fair skinned with freckles so burning is an issue for me. I care a lot about the SPF number and always believed the higher the number the better protection. Well little did I know that is not turn and the article was also very educational about ingredients found in sunscreen.
